Psychiatric Assessment (1 hour), Diagnosis & Treatment Plan from £400
- Psychiatric assessment in 4 weeks (£400) or out-of-hours in 7 working days (£500) after receiving your completed Pre-assessment Form and GP brief medical summary. Subject to availability.
- After your assessment, you will receive a medical summary confirming your diagnosis, summarising your assessment, and agreeing on a holistic treatment plan. This can be shared with your GP.
- Evidence-based mental health self-help leaflets and resources promoting effective psychosocial interventions for your holistic recovery are also provided.
- Pharmacogenomic (PGx) Mental Health & ADHD Testing is offered at £300. PGx or gene-drug testing explores how a person’s genetic makeup influences their response to medications. Benefits of PGx Testing include personalised treatment, minimising trial-and-error, faster symptom relief, reduced healthcare costs and reduced side effects.

Adult ADHD Assessment (3 hours), ADHD Diagnosis & Treatment Plan from £1000
- Adult ADHD assessment with Consultant Psychiatrist & ADHD Specialist in 30 working days (£1000) or out-of-hours in 15 working days (£1200) after receiving your completed Pre-assessment Form and GP brief medical summary, and positive screening. Subject to availability.
- Our assessment process follows NICE guidelines and adheres to the UKAAN Adult Assessment Quality Assurance Standards (AQAS) for the assessment and treatment of ADHD.
- After your assessment, you will receive a medical summary confirming your Adult ADHD diagnosis and summarising your assessment, agreed holistic treatment plan, and what to expect from any prescribed medication. This can be shared with your GP.
- Initiation of medication is offered straight after your assessment. The ADHD titration and stabilisation process usually takes at least 3 months with monthly follow-up consultations.
- Evidence-based mental health self-help leaflets and resources promoting effective psychosocial interventions for your holistic recovery are also provided.

- Adult ADHD assessment with a non-medical health care professional & ADHD Specialist within 4 weeks after receiving your completed Pre-assessment Form and GP brief medical summary, and positive screening. Subject to availability.
- Our assessment process follows NICE guidelines and adheres to the UKAAN Adult Assessment Quality Assurance Standards (AQAS) for the assessment and treatment of ADHD.
- After your assessment, you will receive a summary confirming your Adult ADHD diagnosis and summarising your assessment.
- Non-medical health care professionals are trusted professional colleagues of Dr Iqbal Mohiuddin, who already work for CQC-registered organisations but also work independently. All ADHD assessments are quality-assured and ADHD diagnoses confirmed by Dr Iqbal Mohiuddin.
Adult ADHD Medication Titration Assessment (1 hour) & Treatment Plan from £450
- If you have already been diagnosed with Adult ADHD, you could start ADHD medication titration with us. The ADHD titration and stabilisation process usually takes at least 3 months with monthly follow-up consultations.
- Psychiatric assessment in 4 weeks (£400) or in 7 working days (£500) after receiving your Adult ADHD diagnostic report, completed Pre-assessment Form and GP brief medical summary. Subject to availability.
- After your assessment, you will receive a private Controlled Drug prescription or home delivery of your medication for 1 month (£50), an agreed holistic treatment plan, and information on what to expect from any prescribed medication.
- Evidence-based mental health self-help leaflets and resources promoting effective psychosocial interventions for your holistic recovery are also provided.
- Pharmacogenomic (PGx) Mental Health & ADHD Testing is offered at £300. PGx or gene-drug testing explores how a person’s genetic makeup influences their response to ADHD medications. Private Prescription for 1 Month (after Psychiatric Assessment and subsequent Follow-ups, and for ADHD Titration): £40 for non-controlled drugs and £50 for Controlled Drugs
- Private medication has to be paid for separately at a pharmacy.
- Prescriptions can be posted by Royal Mail Next Day delivery and can also be emailed directly to your local pharmacy if they accept a digital prescription.
- Signature Pharmacy can arrange home delivery of medication within 72 hours.
Comprehensive Medical Report (after Psychiatric Assessment): £300
Medicolegal or Independent Expert Psychiatrist reports: £300 per hour
Private Shared Care Agreement with your GP after ADHD titration: £50
- Your GP may accept a Private Shared Care Agreement for NHS prescribing of your ADHD medication for ongoing Adult ADHD treatment once stabilised. Subject to continued private reviews at least every 12 months.
Brief Medical Letter or Certificate: £65
Medical Follow-up, Psychotherapy Consultation, & Specialist Advice: £75 - £500
- 15 minutes: £75 (non-urgent) | £125 in 7 working days out-of-hours
- 30 minutes: £150 (non-urgent) | £250 in 7 working days out-of-hours
- 1 hour: £300 (non-urgent) | £500 in 7 working days out-of-hours
Please note that all psychiatrist fees need to be paid in advance. You can make a BACS transfer, a debit or credit card payment via PayPal (IamPsychiatry), or a cash payment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or non-attendance will incur full payment for the medical consultation fee.
