Booking a Private Psychiatric Assessment

Private psychiatric assessment with Private Consultant Psychiatrist and Online Psychiatrist Dr Iqbal Mohiuddin needs to be booked in advance. We can send you our confidential Pre-assessment form for completion and return. Private psychiatric assessment is offered within 28 working days or out-of-hours in 7 working days if needed more urgently. This is subject to availability and receiving your completed Pre-assessment form and a brief GP medical summary.

Our free Adult ADHD testing, private Adult ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment services with an Adult ADHD Psychiatrist are offered within 3 months or out-of-hours in 10 working days if needed more urgently. This is subject to availability, a positive Adult ADHD test for suitability, and receiving your completed Pre-assessment form and a brief GP medical summary.

GP referral is preferable though not essential. Most of our patients self-refer and are self-funding though we also see patients with private health insurance.

Fees are paid in advance to secure an appointment for a private psychiatric assessment or Adult ADHD assessment; thank you. Please refer to our Private Psychiatrist Services page for the cost of our private psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment services. We offer flexible payment plans over 1 to 3 months. We accept payments by BACS transfer, credit card via PayPal, or cash.

Please note that more than 15 minutes of late attendance will be reported as non-attendance and the appointment must be re-booked.
