Booking a Private Psychiatric Assessment

Private psychiatric assessment (1 hour) with Consultant Psychiatrist and Online Psychiatrist Dr Iqbal Mohiuddin needs to be booked in advance. Complete and return our confidential Pre-assessment Form first. Private psychiatric assessment is offered in 4 weeks (£400) or out-of-hours in 7 working days (£500) if needed sooner. This is subject to availability and receiving your completed Pre-assessment Form and a brief GP medical summary. Free Adult ADHD testing, private Adult ADHD assessment and diagnosis (3 hours), and ADHD titration services with a Consultant Psychiatrist are offered within 30 working days (£1000) or out-of-hours in 15 working days (£1200) if needed more urgently. We also offer a non-medical assessment and diagnosis option within 4 weeks for £400. This is subject to availability, a positive Adult ADHD test for suitability, receipt of your completed Pre-assessment Form and a brief GP medical summary.

A GP referral is preferable, though not essential. Most of our patients self-refer and self-fund, though we also see patients with private health insurance.

Fees must be paid in advance to secure an appointment for a private psychiatric assessment or Adult ADHD assessment. Please refer to our Private Psychiatrist Services page. We offer flexible payment plans of 1 to 3 months. We accept payments by BACS transfer, debit or credit card via PayPal, or cash.

Please note that late attendance exceeding 15 minutes will be recorded as non-attendance, and the appointment must be rebooked.
