Booking a Private Mental Health Assessment

Private mental health assessment with Private Consultant Psychiatrist and Online Psychiatrist Dr Iqbal Mohiuddin needs to be booked in advance. We can send you our confidential Pre-assessment form as soon as possible for completion and return. Private mental health assessment is offered within 28 working days or out-of-hours in 7 working days if needed more urgently. This is subject to availability, receiving your completed Pre-assessment form and a GP medical summary.

Our free Adult ADHD testing, private Adult ADHD assessment, diagnosis and treatment services with an Adult ADHD Psychiatrist are offered within 4 months or out-of-hours in 10 working days if needed more urgently. This is subject to availability, a free Adult ADHD test for suitability, receiving your completed Pre-assessment form and a GP medical summary.

GP referral is preferable though not essential. Most of our patients self-refer and are self-funding though we also see patients with private health insurance.

Fees are paid in advance to secure an appointment for a private mental health assessment or Adult ADHD assessment; thank you. Please refer to our Private Psychiatrist Services page for our private mental health assessment and treatment services. We offer flexible payment plans over 1 to 3 months. We accept payments by BACS transfer, credit card via PayPal, or cash.

Please note that late attendance of more than 15 minutes will be noted as non-attendance, and the appointment will need to be re-booked.
