Private Mental Health & Wellbeing Services

Private mental health assessment face to face takes one hour to complete, though further consultations may be needed to gather further relevant information in more complex presentations.  A pre-assessment form will be sent to you to be completed before your initial consultation.  A person-centred treatment plan for recovery is discussed and agreed upon.  Subsequent treatment or review sessions can be booked individually for sixty, thirty or fifteen minutes, which can be face to face, by Skype, Apple FaceTime or Telephone.

1 in 4 people will suffer a mental health problem at some point in their lives.  Mental health problems such as Depression, Stress and Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, Personality Disorder, Addictions, or Adult ADHD can be diagnosed, or indeed excluded.

Starting to recognise and talk about your problems will certainly help you to start feeling better sooner rather than later.

Specialist medical reports for GPs can be prepared after the initial assessment giving treatment advice and medical recommendations.  More comprehensive Independent Expert Psychiatric Reports can also be prepared upon request.  I have more than ten years of experience in preparing psychiatric reports for the Courts, Solicitors, Occupational Health departments, and private clients.

With care, compassion, and understanding, I am proud and privileged to have successfully helped and treated hundreds of private patients and their families with a very wide variety of mental health-related issues (please see below).
